Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777d11 will attempt to contact you before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will not reduce your balance below zero.

04 Deposits & Payments

There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
